• Where do you ship from?
  I ship from Montreal, Canada!

• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, I do! However due to the new VAT laws, I am not shipping to the EU or the UK on this website. For EU and UK orders, please visit my Etsy shop. 

• How long is the process time?
  I process orders in 1-5 days, you will receive an email once I send out your order.

• How long does it take for me to receive my order?
  Canada: 3-7 business days
  USA: 7-14 business days
  International: 14-21 business days

• Where is my order?
  Please keep in mind that there may be a significant delay in deliveries due to Covid-19! Allow more time to receive your order. Furthermore, if your order does end up being lost, I cannot be responsible for it as it is out of my control. I do not issue refunds, but can possibly resend order if available. Please make sure you double check your address before confirming your order and/or select tracking!
